We bought a king sized tv bed and mattress for my daughter. I must state, that Alan the salesman who I dealt with was fantastic in every aspect of the sale. Alan was very professional from my initial meet and greet and through the sales process to my enquiry to TV beds, and then onto the successful completion of a sale, he demonstrated exemplary customer service and product knowledge. The non pushy honest sales approach process regarding product and service with insurance products etc he demonstrated led to me successfully purchasing a new bed and mattress etc at the dreams Elgin store. This is the first time I have bought any products from dreams, but I would highly recommend the dreams Elgin store. And I would certainly share this buying experience I have recently experienced with family and friends and definitely mention to discuss all their bed buying requirements with Alan the salesman. The sales person was very knowledgeable on the different mattresses, giving me time to try out the products. Made sure that I had a pillow when trying the mattresses. Asked questions that was relevant to making sure that I chose the correct mattress. Was very approachable and friendly.

Even though the staff member was relatively new, they were very helpful, knowledgeable and informative and able to provide recommendations based on my needs and feedback from the beds suggested by the Sleepmatch system.

The sales assistant was helpful without being in your face the whole time, she allowed us time to try mattresses on our own and didn’t try to hurry us.
