We needed advice on bed frames and headboards and this was given in a friendly knowledgable way. The Salesperson recommended the insurance cover for our purchase but did put pressure us to buy it.

I found the salesman Alan very friendly and knowledgeable about what we needed for our sleep requirements. I am disabled and have been having problems sleeping due to this, on speaking to Alan it turns out unfortunately his wife is suffering from a similar problem. He gave us a honest assessment of the products and we never felt any pressure from his to purchase a more expensive bed. We found the one that suited us and decided to pay on credit, it was band on what we wanted to pay and he made the whole process very easy. He was a lovey chap that had a very pleasant way with him, that gave us confidence to purchase from the store. He made sure that everything we covid safe and that also put us at ease. Wiping down the keyboard when I had to use it to input some security information. We were offered drinks also, which was very kind. To summarise Alan is a real credit to your store, I have my own business myself and know how hard it can be to get good staff. We had a good buying experience from the store and look forward to receiving our mattress from Dreams.

I was served by Alan, who was very knowledgeable, listened to my requirements, showed patience with my children while they tested the products, didn't rush us and explained all options to us clearly. We were offered water too which was a nice touch.

The whole experience in store was very satisfying. I was given great customer service and was impressed by Robs product Knowledge and attention to detail. Would definitely recommend Dream's to friends and family.

Went in for a mattress to take home in stock and got it. There was alot of help with figuring out the depth of each mattress as jt was no on the tickets in store and was important for sons bed it wasnt too high. Our store assistant provided all the information we needed and was very helpful.

Initially when I entered the store I spoke to Rob who was very friendly and helpful. Rob interacted well with myself and also my wife and two children. Rob was very knowledgeable on the various products and was able to provide updates on prices and delivery availability in a timely manner. When I returned to the store, after thinking about the various options, I spoke to Alan who was also very friendly and helpful. Alan was very professional when processing my order and organising a suitable delivery time.

We were very impressed with Maggie the woman who attended to our needs in store . Very pleasant, not pushy , and very helpful . It was a pleasant experience trying all the right beds , we made a speedy decision , thanks to Maggie . Looking forward to a great sleep !!
