Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent mattress!

From the minute me and my partner walked in rob took care of us and found the exact mattress that suited our needs. He was a gentleman and very professional.

We were approached when we went into the store. Asked if they could be of help. Shown to various different mattresses with a variety of price ranges. Very helpful

Walked in Greeted quickly and offered assistance straight away, she understood my needs and easily offered the correct items

Team member was engaging and helpful with all the queries I had. Helped me make a decision on the type of mattress I should get as I was in between the choice of two and was overall very attentive.

Staff and service were first class. Gave excellent advice on which mattress suited our needs. Mattress being delivered within a week and looking forward to trying it out at home.

From the moment we entered the store we were greeted by friendly staff. The whole process was explained fully & we were shown a variety of mattresses & given time to go make sure we had made right choice. Given opportunity to ask questions & staff took time to ensure we had full knowledge of what we were purchasing.

Alan was great as soon as he noticed me looking towards him he introduced himself and asked how he could be of assistance I set my budget to him and he took me to the mattress machine which was great he then set about setting it up then asked me to lie down then left me to the machine explaining which was good as you do feel awkward lying there with someone watching 😊 once that finished he came back over and showed me to mattresses for my needs allowing me to test 4 which was great once selected and base selected invited me over for a seat and supplied me with a bottle of water then got on with the sales stuff which he explained fully as to what everything was for sorting me with cover for the bed and a adiquate time to deliver I walked out a happy man knowing I had not been forced into anything and looking forward to my first night in my new bed
