All staff were knowledgeable and friendly.Made our shopping very easy and convenient.Loved the bed technology machine.

The assistant know her products, asked lots of questions about my health to insure that I chose the correct mattress for my back, hips and knees, encouraged me to try the mattress machine just to make sure I chose correctly. She was polite, friendly, had a good sense of humour and was very easy to talk to. I wish I could remember her name and I thank her very much for all her help

From start to finish your colleague Alan and the new trainee Rob were fantastic. I did not know what I was looking for in a mattress but following the ( remote gadget test) your machine measured what I should be sleeping on. This allowed me to try all recommendations and eliminate those I knew I did not want. Very clever. Rob was engaging when Alan had customers come into the shop. I really cannot fault the knowledge and commitment of Alan, which I hope transferred to Rob.

Bloke was top notch. Very helpful knew his stuff and settled our minds easily. Store was clean well organised and layed out.

Maggie and Alan were both very helpful and knowledgable on both visits to the store all the way up to the purchase. They found discounts which netted me a free mattress protector and two pillows and made me aware of the offer on that weekend. I was also offered a bottle of water which was unexpected but nice.

I visited the store twice and was quickly assisted both times first by Rachel then by Maggie. Allowed me plenty of time to make sure I got the right mattress to go with the bed frame I wanted

It was great to lie on the bed that lets you know what beds are suitable for you,we had a good variety of beds to choose from,we are satisfied with the one we picked.The assistant was very friendly and helpful towards us.looking forward to trying out our new mattress.
