Alan was very friendly and spoke in a clear manner that was easy to understand and was happy to help with any amount of questions we had. started us out on the Sleepmatch and then gave us alot of options was explained what everything meant, offered us drinks aswell.

Alan was very helpful from the offset and very health and hygiene consciencous regarding covid guidelines. Alans knowledge of the different mattresses was excellent

The moment I walked into the elgin branch.i was met by a very pleasant young lady by the name of Maggie.not a bit pushie so that made me feel a bit relaxed and not hurried into making up my mind.maggie also gave me a good understanding of each matrices that I was trying out,and once again gave me as mutch time as I needed.very good at her job.will shop here again.thank you mike Taylor.
