Dreams - Truro

We were extremely impressed with the friendliness and knowledge of the young woman salesperson. She understood exactly what we were looking for and advised and guided us accordingly. We did not feel pressured and were given time and space to come to a decision about which product to choose.

The sales lady assisted as soon as we walked through the door. She asked what we were looking for and invited us to the test mattress to advise the recommended mattress to suit us. She then showed us the a selection of the recommended mattresses for us to try out. She left us to it and said she was at hand for further assistance when required. We proceeded with a purchase of a mattress and was given free pillows and a cup of coffee. Very friendly.

Our experience with Dreams was a bit abnormal. We turned up at the branch as my mother in law has recently been diagnosed with terminal illness. She was struggling to stay in her current bed as it was too high, we wanted to find something on the day. Your team were amazing the young lady (I didnt take her name or the other young person that helped as well). Your sales lady recalled a bed that was in the warehouse and she then found a headboard that we could take away on the day (only paying £179.00) so they probably didnt make any money on our sale. I would like to express my thanks as they bent over backwards to help us in an awkward situation and we will definitely look to your Company again if we need anything going forward. Kianni from the Truro store was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Her customer service is exceptional and is an asset to your store. Also Paul from the Plymouth store was present at the Truro store and he was wonderful too. Nothing too much trouble and full of knowledge helping us to make our decision.

Salesperson was highly knowledgable and professional, whilst being friendly and approachable. Once she had discussed our requirements and price range everything else moved smoothly to our purchasing of one of the suggested mattresses. The use of the "measuring bed" helped enormously to narrow our search. The store was clean with aisles uncluttered, sanitising stations were scattered for use. Enjoyed our visit and pleased with the date of arrival.

The manager served us and he was very courteous and polite. He listened to our needs and quickly showed us what he thought we would like. He was not at pushy and allowed us time to decide. Overall a good experience.
