Dreams - Truro

I felt that I was valued. It was wonderful that I could also bring my dog into the store which is a great positive to me as I cannot leave my dog in the car. The store was well laid out and it was easy to try out the mattresses as well as seeing what they were made from, they types of springs and feel the support it gave to my back. I did not feel pressured in anyway to buy and the staff answered any questions I asked

The assistant knew his trade; was open for questions; patient and attentive to any queries we had about the products and was willing to discuss about products found outside of Dreams. And he offered coffee/tea to us twice!

During our visit to Dreams the assistant (Chloe Dennis) took us through a clear and well explained journey through the different types of bed on offer, listening to our requirements and finding the right mattress for us.

Served by Chloe Dennis who was very friendly and informative . No pushy sales which is a much more enjoyable shopping experience

The sales person spent a long time with us sorting out our requirements.- Over an hour. His product knowledge was very good.

We were looking for a new double bed for our son which could fit into an attic bedroom, we were left to browse on our own, which was extremely appreciated (nothing worse than being hounded). When we had found a bed which both we and our son liked the sales assistant (Austin) appeared from nowhere to ask if we had any questions about the product. He took us through the product showing us how to use it (ottoman style bed) answering all our questions and ensuring that we had a full set of dimensions for every part of the bed to ensure it could get into the attic bedroom. Austin then took my son for the dream mattress test and then proceeded to show us the best mattresses for him. Settling on one which fell into our price range, we left the store with a printed quote. Following our visit on the next day where we purchased the bed and mattress Austin was with another customer but recognised us which was great and another colleague took us through the ordering, purchasing and delivery options. Overall some of the best customer service I have had in a long time, not overbearing when just browsing and extremely knowledgeable about all the products in the store.

Visiting Cornwall over Christmas and called into the Truro Branch to browse. Alexsandra was really helpful and provided lots of helpful advice. Unlikely to visit the Truro Brach again but have a branch nearby in Gillingham (Kent)

Staff, Geoff and Austen both very helpful and friendly. Spent plenty of time sorting out the mattress I needed.

The assistant was extremely helpful, knowledgable and friendly. Very patient and polite.

We were served by Austin at the Truro Branch (Validation Code: 288A08651). He was a very calm, friendly and helpful Sales Adviser, who was not at all pushy, but greatly assisted us to focus exactly on which were the the appropriate mattress's and bed frame's we required. If he had been a pushy Sales Adviser, we would not have purchased the items we did. Austin was extremely knowledgeable and if there were any questions or issues he could not answer or resolve himself, he spoke to the Store Manger, and very quickly had an answer or resolution. Austin is a credit to the store, and I will advise friends and family to ask for him, if they are ever considering a purchase from Dreams (Truro).
