We were promptly greeted by a very smiley friendly and helpful lady who took Us to the exact bed we were looking for. Our order was dealt with really efficiently with no problems at all

The sales assistant Austin was very helpful knowledgeable and ensured we had the best option for our needs.

We booked an appointment and were greeted by Chloe in the Truro store. She was lovely, very approachable, knowledgable and not at all pushy for a sale. She knew her products and was very thorough and patient during our visit, helping and advising us on the relevant products. We were very very impressed by Chloe, she is an asset to the store.

Truro Branch: Greeted at the door by 'Geoff'. He explained the 'Dreams' mattress monitor, and stood by to assist in the process for myself & my wife. Very impressed with the procedure. Geoff then offered us a suitable selection of mattress's, and after testing made a purchase of 2 x single + 1 double. Geoff was very helpful. He showed us how to use the new equipment for measuring mattress options. My son found this very useful. This saved us a lot of time in trying out mattresses.

We were given lots of time and attention to find exactly the right product for us. We were allowed to spend a great deal of time testing the products and that is was no trouble to deal with our many questions.

When I entered the shop a member of staff asked if I needed any help and assisted. Another member of staff helped and showed my the type of mattress would best suit me and placing an order went smoothly without any issues. Previous ordered from this store and because of the comfort of previous items came back and I know the quality would be to a high standard.

I thought it was a great idea to have the dreams bed their, I went on that to be tested to see what mattress would suit my needs, it made choosing a mattress so much easier.

Chloe was very nice, patient and helpful through the whole process of the sleep match, trying different mattresses and the sale.
