The service representative who helped us choose the new bed was extremely knowledgeable. We were shown all of the options and helped to choose the right product without any hard sell which was extremely refreshing. I will be happy to recommend Dreams to friends and family especially Chloe who helped us.

Chloe was very friendly and made us feel totally relaxed there was no hard sales pitch to make us feel pressurised into buying any of the products. Yet her expertise was exceptional and we were allowed to think about what we wanted and given enough time to talk about the mattresses. Without feeling that we were forgotten about.

We bought today adjustable bed and the seller Geoff was very helpful and professional. He unswer all our questions and give as a more advise. We get discounts and free pillows which make me very happy😁Thank you Geoff

I went into the store just to compare prices really, but Austin was so helpful and the price was really good we didn’t go to the other store at all.

Our service person was excellent. He sold us our last bed which is why we returned, that coupled with the fact it is the most comfortable bed we've ever owned and we can barely get out of it!

Even though both teams members where very busy they both acknowledged that we had to wait to be seen, both offering excellent customer service and took the time to ensure our purchase was a positive experience from explaining the why's & how's to offering hot refreshments.
