Chloe was a great help and understood our needs and existing problems. After completing the test bed to figure out what our needs were, she was able to direct us to the correct mattresses most suitable for us. The choice and price of mattresses was good and Chloe's knowledge on each product was fantastic.

The sales assistant (Chloe) was very helpful and understanding. Knew a lot about the products we were enquiring about and that helped us when choosing the right bed.

The gentleman who assisted us was most helpful and spent time going over the different products.

Took me to the bed to assess my needs first. Offered me coffee and showed me beds and left me to spend as much time as i wanted. Looked up delivery slots. Did not pressure me to buy. I went away and then rand store and another colleague very helpful.

It was our 3rd visit to the store looking for a replacement mattress. The information we received each time was spot on. I went by myself the 1st time, with my husband the 2nd time and the 3rd time was to see how easy the mattress was to turn. All 3 members of staff were extremely helpful and we were delighted to find that the mattress was reduced by £100 on our last visit.

I was given time to look around before geoff came and asked if I would like any assistance. I explained I was looking for a bed and mattress but wanted to come to the store to try some mattresses. He showed me the "machine" which tells what kind of mattress is best suited. We then had a look around and I stated they were out of my budget. Geoff explained that there were some sale mattresses which would suit my needs. Geoff quickly sorted me a mattress and a bed frame within my budget and provided me with coffee whilst we made the transaction.
