Geoff was very efficient high standard of knowledge of all the beds not pushy either what you need before selecting your bed also gave you enough space to make your decision customer service is all about experiences and expectations Geoff totally met our expectation

The staff approached us and asked if we would like assistance and answered all the questions we had and explained things thoroughly and allowed us time to make our decision and look around the store at all products.

The help we had from Austin in store, directing us to the best products for our needs, together with his knowledge of the products and the time he took to ensure that our requirements were fully met, meant that we felt that we could not have had better treatment anywhere.

Geoff was excellent and dealt with us very efficiently and took time to make sure we were fully satisfied and also pointed out all the ‘small print’ clearly. Also there was no pressure at all to buy which we appreciated.

We were very impressed with the choice in the store. The bed frame we had seen online and had specifically gone to view was available, made up in all all 3 fabric options which really helped with the decision making. Geoff the store manage was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We used the sleepmatch machine in order to determine which mattress would be suitable for us and that worked brilliantly, coming up with a handful of options and resulting in us purchasing one. All in all it was a very easy process.
