Me and my husband came in to look for an ottoman bed, Geoff came over to us didn't have to wait, was extremely helpful. I liked this Truro store as they were not pushy they helped us as we were looking for a mattress and was unsure what to go for. He shown us the bed analyser which we didn't even know exist and helped with the options for the mattress that was right for us.Then helped with pillow section and a mattress topper for our sofa bed. Was such a helpful person let us try the ones that were selected. When talking to Geoff about option we like had a price for bed and mattress and accessories very quickly. Was a great store and colleagues were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable.

From the moment we entered the store Austin Dreams colleague's was friendly,knowledgeable & very patient as we we're unsure as to the type of mattress we needed due to complex health issues. We cannot praise him highly enough as he quided us towards a successful purchase.

Austin was very helpful not at all pushy for a sale. completely understood what we wanted and understood our needs totally. gave us the time to make up our minds on what we wanted and we had decided he was there right away to help. Could not fault the service or the shop in any way shape or form excellent will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

Chloe the sales assistant was incredibly friendly, approachable and willing to assist. She listened to our requirements and advised accordingly. She was good with our children and her advice was relevant and helpful.
