Excellent service and very kind inclusion of pillow in price. Coffee was lovely too.

The gentleman who greeted us with a smile was extremely helpful and hospitable.He introduced himself as Austin,offered us a hot drink and took great care to help us find the right mattress.Once the right product had been identified the ordering process was quickly dealt with and we were given a delivery date in a week.

The store assistant, Chloe, was extremely helpful and friendly; she knew what she was talking about and brought my friend and myself a cup of coffee while I decided on my choice. The sale itself was quick and I was given all the information I asked for. Excellent service.

Jess asked us on arrival at Truro store if we needed help, we were put on the dream beds to access our specific needs , then Jess showed us several beds armed with pillows and tried them out. Jess let us have plenty of time to go back and forth to enable us to make our final choice. Then she helped with showing us all bases and headboards available, and also our options of purchase. It was a great experience as we had the right amount of time with Jess to have all the product information we needed and also time to ourselves without any pressure to make our choice. We couldn't purchase on the day as store was having a refit and there was no power to place order or take payments. This wasn't a problem to us at all. I went back today with everything that Jess had written down for us and Austin placed the order and I was welcomed and was made a lovely cup of tea. Austin went over everything thoroughly again and bed was purchased . I am very happy with the amazing service we have received by the friendly knowledgable staff at Truro. I would certainly recommend to others

A very experienced member of staff Austin. He listened to my requirements and was extremely helpful in directing me to the bed I wanted. This included mattress choice and divan.

From start to finish Jessica could not do enough to help. Just walking in and being acknowledged was awesome. And on leaving the 3 staff said goodbye. Only wish that the mattress i bought had been in stock.

jessica was very good, kindly, caring.. knowledgeable and highly efficient.. .. the shop was a bit of a pickle :) as there was refurb happening.. but it was okay.. the price was more than I would have enjoyed to pay ! and I would have appreciated earlier delivery.. other than that .. excellent service as I have experience previously when going to dreams :) .. thanks jessica.. you really enhanced the mind boggling experience of buying a new mattress ! well done <3

Excellent service from CHLOE , good knowledge, listened and responded professionally . Store staff friendly , refurbishment going on, painters were relaxing !
