We were welcomed by your member of staff Austin in the Truro store, he was very helpful and welcomed us with open arms, He showed us the bed which measures your comfort, and with no pressure at all showed us to our best fit mattress, we were so happy with the experience we even brought a bed frame too which wasn’t are reason for being in there, overall very happy with the experience in the Truro store with Austin:)

Chloe was very friendly and knowledgeable about the different beds. She was there if we needed her but also gave us the space to allow us to select the right bed for us.

Austin was available as soon as we were looking around but did not pester us as soon as we walked in the door. He took time to understand our needs and couldn't have been more helpful

The staff were very friendly without being overbearing and very helpful. I have visited a Dreams store before some time ago and was immediately pounced upon by a member of staff who proceeded to tell me everything about mattresses. Much more than I needed to know. Needless to say I was overloaded with information and you never got a sale! This time was a completely different and very pleasant experience.
