Dreams - Truro

We were met with a very friendly assistant 'Alexandra' when we entered the store. Alex introduced us to the Pillow Talk experience (if that's what you call!?) the bed which analyses the appropriate mattress for your needs. She then proceeded to take us around the store allowing us to try the appropriate mattresses. First class customer service, very thorough and informative. We had only just come in for a browse and ended up placing an order so that shows her level of expertise and professionalism.

Upon arrival at the dreams store Truro I was greeted by Chloe who is a very polite sales assistant with brilliant customer care and service, nothing seemed like too much trouble and she wasn’t pushy at all like most furniture sales assistants she gave my partner and I a chance to actually look around the store to see if anything caught our I unlike the first store we visited where they followed us around the entire time trying to sell us beds that were well out of our price range. Overall I would give this store 10/10 for everything from customer service to the price of their furniture to the overall cleanliness of the store. Really happy customer!

Nothing was too much trouble for the team. We were able to try the beds and find out which mattress most suits are needs. There was a large selection of beds to choose from.

Chloe helped us choose our new bed and was very helpful and made making an important purchase easy! Austin was very helpful too.

We went on the machine to find the right bed for us which was amazing. Our assistant was helpful, knowledgeable and made us feel at ease. We chose the bed we liked and went back the next day to purchase and arrange delivery which was quick and uncomplicated.

The store was quite and the service we received was excellent. We were offered a wide range of products to suit our needs. It is a large store so browsing is made easy and you can easily find what you are looking for.

Chloe was extremely helpful and open to all options. We didn't feel pressurised in any way and she was a delight to deal with. She was happy smiley and knew her job extremely well.

This the second bed we have bought at Dreams, Austin is always very helpful and friendly and goes out of his way to make the experience as easy as possible.
