Dreams - Truro

As I entered the store with my son we where greeted with a friendly Good afternoon by two of youre staff. I was promptly asked if I needed assistance . I told the member of staff whos name was Jess what I was looking for and she showed me the relevant item she gave me all the information I needed .I asked her to give us a little time to consider what we wanted and continued to look around the store. We came across another bed and asked her for help again which she did without hesitation and I purchased my new bed and mattress .

Austin was very helpful

The lady who assisted us was Jess, she was really knowledgeable and helpful without being at all pushy, which we really appreciated. Jess offered us tea/coffee as we wondered around the store, although we declined I did think that was a nice touch. Jess knew the answers to all our questions without needing to go and consult the computer or a colleague. We weren't expecting to find the item we wanted on our first visit, but we saw it, it was a good price and the ordering process was very quick and easy, plus the earliest delivery time was 6 days which is amazing. I would recommend the Truro Dreams store to friends and family following our recent experience. Many thanks Jess.

Great service. The member of staff was knowledable and helpful whilst giving me time to try out a range of products. Limited choice on wooden bed frames but luckily they had the one i wanted.

Member of staff who helped had excellent knowledge of the products. He listened to what we needed and advised appropriately. There were many different examples of the various mattress type we looking to purchase within the store, enabling us to select the best one for us. Nothing was too much trouble.

This is the 2nd time Chloe has serves us whilst buying a bed from this store. She has great knowledge and explains the products and differ options available v clearly. She also highlighted forthcoming offers so that I wouldn’t be dissatisfied if I bought at the wrong time.
