your sales lady at the truro store is kioni and she was fantastic,her knowledge of products and services was most impressive.in fact we are going to phone in and order a jackson bedframe in the morning from her.

As a couple we had to compromise due to one wanting a softer mattress and one wanting a firm one. We found the specialist bed machine helpful in finding the compromise that we had to make. Quite a unique and helpful, albeit, strange experience.

A warm welcome in a very clean shop. Covid restrictions were comprehensive and therefore appreciated. The member of staff guided us through the process and demonstrated good product knowledge. It was a relaxing and pleasant experience.

The manager was very helpful and nothing was to much trouble. I lay on an amazing machine to help me decide which mattress was suitable for me especially as I have an arthritic spine and a curvature together with knee problems. The machine helped me enormously. The manager didn’t rush me and was very helpful without being pushy. I bought a new mattress and am looking forward to a comfortable and cosy nights sleep when it arrives. The manager went through the delivery service, disposal of the old mattress etc and also recommended the correct pillow to suit me. He offered me a coffee or tea and was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout. He even carried the pillows to my car for me. The beds and pillows were clean and especially during covid I felt safe and comfortable to try the beds and pillows. Altogether a five star service. Thank you.

Both advisor and manager were extremely helpful and advisor had the right balance between helping us and giving us time by ourselves to decide.

We were met by Kioni who straight away helped us. We did the bed survey and after the results, Kioni showed us the relevant products. She was highly informative, super friendly and not pushy at all. Consequently we purchased what was the most expensive mattress but also the most suitable.
