We were greeted straight away. The rep who dealt with us was very welcoming and not pushy in his responses to our queries. He made us feel very relaxed about the experience in a conversational way while maintaining a professional approach. Both he and his colleague were pleasant in their conversational exchanges creating a congenial atmosphere throughout the visit.

It was great to find a member of staff who was friendly and knowledgeable. Lovely to have someone that anticipated what I would possibly need...ie storage drawers headboards. I was given information and then a couple of written quotes to take away and digest. This I found very helpful. I was able to discuss at home with the family and the following morning placed an order. It was useful to have the quote and reference. Made the process very straight forward. The member of staff had already anticipated things like delivery and charges

Sales assistant "Austin" was very efficient and knowledgeable regarding products and also very helpful regarding what we were looking for. He was not pushy in any way, but very helpful and pleasant to deal with, as were the other staff.

The store was nicely laid out, staff where friendly and happy to answer any questions, Chloe the lady who served us took us around and showed us lots of different mattresses and was really helpful and know what she was talking about.
