Absolutely over the moon and a great experience. The sales assistant made sure everything met our needs. We didn’t feel pressured into a sale and got exactly what we wanted and not what the sales assistant wanted to sell us. Very good advise and pleased with the outcome. We did attend to the competition / rival on the same retail park and realised the service and welcome from dreams was 100% better with less pressure.

Kioni who served us in the Truro Store (Cornwall) was very friendly and super helpful. She was not pushy at all, just very helpful. We were very impressed by her product knowledge, we could not believe she was new to the role. She is an asset to your store. Best customer service my husband and I have received in a long time. We thoroughly explained our needs abs we’re taken through explanations of mattress types and then given the option to try out the machine which checks out how you sleep, body shape etc and advises on which mattresses would suit your needs best. We then saw several options and tried out with the use of a pillow. Having narrowed it down we further discuss pricing options and came to a decision which we are thrilled about both from a price and quality perspective. The sales assistant (I think he was called Geoffrey) was excellent. Easy to talk to, had a strong technical understanding of each product but also took on board comments a d quickly suggested other options based on our feedback. Excellent customer service and would certainly use dreams in future- so much more personal and felt better informed vs buying online, thank you!
