Once again, we were greeted as we entered the store by Austin. We told him what we came for and he showed us the products available. He offered us drinks and set up the product to try. After a while we decided to purchase the product. Once again we received friendly, knowledgeable service from Austin.

Excellent product at exceptional prices, really well informed and helpful staff member willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Needed to make a careful purchase as we wanted a top quality bed and mattress. It had taken years to put the money aside. So we decided we definitely needed to try out mattresses before we bought. We made the trip to the Truro Dreams store and were met by Austin. He advised and showed us lots of different beds and mattresses. Two coffees and three and a half hours later we made our choice. With such a big purchase the option to try before you buy was invaluable, this coupled with Austin's knowledge and genuine interest in our purchase meant we left confident we bought the right items. All in all we were very happy with the experience.

Austin, the store assistant, greeted us with a smile when we entered the store in Truro. He was very knowledgeable about the various mattresses. We had a hot drink while we spent time trying out the different mattresses. He said to take as long as we needed, so no pressure from him. We were given a pillow to try on the beds, which were like our ones at home. We ended up buying 2 of them! Nothing was too much trouble. Austin was a credit & true ambassador for your company.

Professional, efficient service

We were shopping for beds and mattresses for our two sons. So my husband and myself went in to see what was there and if there was something that met both of our childrens needs. We met Austin and he was extremely helpful, we discussed it and he helped us to find the sort of thing we needed. We went back the next day with our children, who actually changed their minds whilst we were there. We saw Chloe this time and again she was so helpful and showed us several products that the children wanted. We picked what we wanted, but it was very late and I went back the next morning to purchase the two chosen beds and mattresses. Both Austin and Chloe were really helpful, nothing was too much trouble, they both have a lot of knowledge and were able to help us find everything to suit our needs. I felt they both went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchases and to get us the best deal. I would really recommend Dreams and their staff to friends and family.
