The staff were available to help when needed but did not pressure us to buy and gave us space to try out beds and decide for ourselves offering advice on our choices. The layout and colour coding of the beds made the selection much easier.

your store was recommended to me by a number of friends. I went into the store to see for myself and also went into Bensons . It was hardly a hard choice . Dreams came out tops with product range but more important the sales service I received from the salesman was professional and extremely accommodating.

Extremely happy with the service that I received, the staff were attentive and not pushy (unlike some other stores we went to) and extremely knowledgeable. Overall very very happy with the service.

The Truro store is neatly laid out. We were allowed to try out the beds and mattresses that were most suitable for our daughter.

Chloe was fab I had my 2 boys with me 11 and 13. My 13 year old was a nightmare and didn't like that my 11 year old wanted the same bed. Chloe was really patient and gave me time to deal with the problem. Chloe was great with my 11 year olds banter and when we left we all went out happily.
