Really friendly staff and had the item we wanted in stock, despite us thinking it would be online only. Super quick service, very happy with our purchase of the Intex Air Mattress.

Geoff who served me was super helpful. I have never had to buy a matress before and ge took time to explain the different products and was really friendly. The card machine was having problems so couldnt take my payment but apart from that which wasnt anyones fault...great customer service.

We were very impressed with the professional and friendly manner Austin gave us. He answered all of our questions and gave advice and information about the product. At no time did we feel he was being pushy - that would of made us uncomfortable. We would no doubt return in the future when in need of something else.

Sam the guy who helped us with our purchase was very informative with any information we wanted to know. We felt at ease, he was helpful but not overpowering like a lot of people in his position are. We had a laugh and a joke which made it a pleasant experience.

We came to Dreams a while ago to buy a mattress for a spare bed and were impressed with the customer service. Today we were looking for good pillows as my partner has had a back problem. The assistant, Austin, was very helpful and showed us a range of pillows, explained their properties and allowed us to try out a selection on a memory foam mattress. We were given all the time we needed to make a choice that was right for us. We weren't pressured or hounded into buying.

We were highly satisfied with our overall experience in store as we could not fault the service we received. We were made to feel "at home", offered refreshments, there were no pushy sales tactics and we felt we could take as much time as needed in choosing our new mattress, pillows and bed frame. The sales assistant was very knowledgable and interested in our needs. Top marks, would certainly recommend and return to dreams in the future. Thank you.
