From the moment I entered the store I felt very comfortable. The assistant (Kuoni) was extremely helpful and showed me the items which I was most interested in. She was not too intrusive and made suggestions. Once I had made a decision I was led to the desk where I was offered a very welcome coffee whilst the transaction took place. Her colleague was also helpful in that he offered me a reduction in disposing of the mattress and even supplied a green bag. (I initially declined the offer as it was cheaper to use the council), Everything was explained clearly and the best part was that the mattress was in stock and will be delivered 4 days after I ordered it.

Despite a busy store I was able to use the sleep match Machine and received the advice I needed to make my purchase. Very happy

The sales staff helped a great deal putting us at ease and imparting their knowledge, I am a great believer in that you should always strive to be better and by giving 9 out of 10 or a satisfied result then you strive to get highly satisfied or 10 out of 10 your staff strive to get highly satisfied results this is evident but if we all put highly satisfied then complacencies would set in and they would not work to achieve more

The assistant was extremely friendly and helpful. I am profoundly deaf and wear two hearing aids, he made every effort to make sure that I could hear what he was saying and repeated what he had said if necessary. It’s a rather daunting experience buying a mattress on your own for the first time, especially the financial outlay but I soon felt at ease and less worried about the cost.

Excellent customer service and a good quality product. We chose a rolled matress which made transportation very easy.

Kioni was very helpful and friendly. She knew a lot about the products and listened to what we wanted to buy and wanted to spend.

the assistant, Alessandra, was very pleasant and friendly. despite my being on a mobility scooter and having difficulty moving she was very patient and helped me with the various options available. the speed of my delivery date was surprisingly quick as I expected to have to wait a few weeks but my purchase is coming this Saturday.
