Efficient. The salesman listened to us and lead us to relevant products and didn't waste time showing us other products that were over our budget.

Austin the salesman was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. The coffee is a very nice touch.

I visited the Truro store on 2 occasions before making my purchase & each time the customer service was second to none.

Austin, the store worker, was very friendly, helpful and listened to my criteria. This help me find the right mattress very quickly, with the minimum of fuss. I was able to easily understand the differences between the types of mattresses, with clear reasoning provided for the £33 charge for removing and recycling my old mattress. My husband waiting outside the store with our dog, once Austin realised this he invited them in, this was nice and allowed me to double-check my decisions. The offer of a hot drink was not taken up, but was appreciated. The price I paid was reasonable, but I would not have been so happy outside of sale time to pay the full price. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products without being pushy. She allowed us time to look round and try out the beds and answered all our questions.

Friendly customer service , loads of choice at great prices

Geoff was very helpful and explained everything to us clearly, we were offered drinks whilst waiting and the assistants were friendly and chatty. We would definitely go back again to the same store

No instant pressure from staff, let us look around, then when required, Chloe was 100% product knowledgable, clear explanation, very aware of our paticular requirements (which were not "run of the mill", but not a one in a million, either). She was friendly, without being overbearing, and did not try and force "add-ons" upon us. Whilst fairly young, she had an excellent empathy with our needs, and, without seeming to be overly generous with my comments, is a credit to your company, and i would not hesitate in recomending her, or your store, to anyone. Unbelievably, a pleasure to spend over £4000 with, which is really saying something!

The range was good and the assistant was excellent

we were served by Jessica, who was very good at her job, showed us all the beds available , explained what they were made of, sizes etc she gave us time to think about what we prefered, and offered help where neaded. we were even given refreshments, nice touch. nice friendly shopping experiance.
