Store well laid out - Chloe was attentive, showed us the types of bed and made selection easy. She answered all the questions with knowledge and enthusiasm.

Austin was extremely friendly and helpful when we were purchasing our mattress. He made sure we knew all the options and helped us with things like which pillows would suit our needs. He did not make us feel pressured into buying anything which we really appreciated as we have been to other shops which are very pushy and salesy. His knowledge on products was very impressive and massively helped our decision. Nothing was too much trouble which we really appreciated and we look forward to returning again when we need another mattress or bed.

We went to Dreams in Truro because we were looking to replace our main bed and we wanted to ensure we got it right as it would be our bed and everyday use. The salesman who was called Austin was very helpful and explained in detail all types of bed and from this we tried different types of bed. He spent as much time as we wanted until we were sure we had made the right choice. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

Not forced into any particular product. Friendliness of all members of staff and being allowed to have a look ourselves before staff intervention.
