Dreams - Truro

As I entered the store I was expecting a mass of beds, of all different kinds, shapes and sizes! making a choice very difficult. I was also thinking I would be pounced on! All wrong! the Truro store had a very welcoming feeling, smiley and friendly faces. A lady called, Chloe was very friendly and extremely knowledgable. I felt she was very honest and open about all the products. She wasn't pushy at any point but only provided me with confidence and excitement for my new purchase. Thanks Chloe!

I was dreading the visit!!! however, rep called AUSTIN, greeted us at the door, I had no notion of where or how to begin!!! Austin was excellent.. a credit to the company !!! He was calm, not pushy, very very well informed.. without being pressurising. He was very clear. flowed well with my ever changing mind and direction!.. His tolerance, patience and caring service was exceptional and much appreciated. Austin excelled in service, all praise and appreciation.. Thankyou :)
