Dreams - Truro

Knew what we were looking for but very helpful and engaging member of staff helped guide us through beds available. No pressure just very informative and excellent people skills. Discussed needs as poor mobility, helpful and encouraging to try different mattresses to choose most appropriate.

Upon entering the store Jessica immediately came to offer us assistance. We told her what we were looking for & she was most helpful in explaining the different colour codes and asked us what sort of pillow we used. She went straight away & got us our choices so we could begin to try out the beds. We explained we had decided on one but needed to measure up & as we had fitted furniture we had to see if it could be moved. She was most polite & didn't get your normal sales assistant manner as if not bothered with you now because you weren't buying today. She continued to be very helpful. We then returned to the shop & explained to Geoff that we had spoken to Jessica on Sunday and now wanted to buy the furniture. He very kindly put down her name as being our sales assistant. How nice of this was he considering he was now placing the order. We thank the shop very much for having a fabulous attitude.

Excellent show room and exceptional customer service

The visit to the store was very pleasant. Sam served me and was very careful to ensure everything within the item range I had requested. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and really good to deal with. A very nice and competent young man. He dealt with the order, delivery and financial side of the purchase very efficiently. He was careful in explaining all aspects of the paperwork to me. I left the store feeling very confident I had made the right purchase and confident.

The moment I walked through the door a very polite young man, Geoffrey Saunders, asked if he could help me and, as soon as I told him exactly what I wanted, he showed me everything I needed to see. I had originally planned just to browse but I was so impressed with the quality and the price of the items and also the considerable help I was given that I placed my order there and then!

Excellent young staff, easy transaction because I knew exactly what I wanted.

Sam the assistant listened to me then showed me all my options, explained the differences and was patient when I went back and forth in my decision making he was a very professional and friendly young man

We were served by Sam who was very enthusiastic and went out of his to help us select the right product and deliver it to our car. Wonderful service.

This was our second visit to dreams to order another bed. Great service & knowledge from a guy( think his name was Austin) will be coming back for a third bed as soon as our spare room is decorated.
