You had what we wanted at a reasonable price,and you were prompt and polite

As soon as we arrived in store we were welcomed. We asked for some advice as my husband was unhappy with our existing mattress. Sam Rabey served us from the very beginning and was so knowledgable. We were given a different type of pillow each and I thought the hot drink was a nice touch too. We were encouraged to lie on the matress's. I kept apologising to Sam as we were back and for a couple of mattress's as we could decide. Sam wasn't at all worried and was so helpful. I can honestly say it was a great experience and I have already recommended the company but especially the Truro store and Sam in particular. Thank you!

We visited your Truro store and were served by Sam. We liked that he didn't follow us around the store and let us get on with our search ourselves, and answered all the questions that we had for him. He had great knowledge on the products that we were interested in, and if he didn't have that knowledge he would seek advice from colleagues. We were given hot chocolate and pillows tailored to our spec which really helped choose the perfect mattress. Sam managed to get us an amazing deal on our new bed set and were amazed at the price. We were able to choose when we wanted delivery which was a big help for us. Sam had great customer skills, he was able to have a joke and knew what to say to get us interested in a product. He took us around the shop to show us examples of what would be best for us according to what we preferred. All in all we would highly recommend your Truro branch (Cornwall) to our friends and family, and make sure Sam got the custom. Thanks Dreams!

The staff were very friendly and made us feel.at ease when our children were getting restless. They engaged in play and conversation with our boys allowing us the head space to buy our bed.

We had previously used another bed supplier and was totally dissatisfied with the lack of customer service. Dreams staff were much more informative about the products on offer and were able to answer all questions asked of them. They were very efficient and very helpful in our choice of end product. The overall service we received from them was excellent.
