Sam (Truro) was just great. Very knowledgeable, very helpful and he made a very good hot chocolate for my son.

Chloe was our assistant and was very helpful. She listened to our needs and seemed to have a thorough knowledge of the science products she was selling.

Excellent assistance to find what we needed, easy ordering with check to ensure all was correct. All staff we dealt with were friendly, polite, helpful and good to deal with. This was the Truro store, excellent.

The customer service was great and the beds were comfortable and they gave me a hot chocolate.

on my first visit the salesman Austin was very knowledgeable and explained the difference between each product and encouraged me to try different mattresses, didnt feel rushed at all. On the second visit to make the purchase Geoff was equally helpful. I would definitely recommend Dreams to people.
