Dreams colleague Austin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, very honest and friendly.

From the moment we walked in, there was a nice atmosphere. The staff were very friendly. Knowledgable & helpful without being pushy. We were offered a drink. We had our 3 year old with us & she was offered some colouring in to do while we discussed/placed our order.

Assistant very helpful, even offered me a feather pillow to try on the beds. Care taken to show me all the beds with my specifications and the prices available. Was offered refreshments while I was taken to desk to place my order. Very satisfied with attention to detail and the efficient service, quick to place order.

It was a pleasure to be served by someone who had great oroduct knowledge, without being pushy.

The young man who served me (Samuel) knew the products, listened to my needs and directed me towards a range of options. It was really great not having to start from scratch, looking at mattresses which would not have been suitable. As a result I was able to make my choice on a first visit from cold. I even had a hot chocolate made for me while I tried them out.
