Very helpful assistant who quickly understood our requirements and made suggested several ways of achieving them.

Austin, the person who took our order, dealt with us in a friendly and efficient manner.

We cam in twice to the store, once the night before our purchase and was served by a very helpful young man, who couldn't do enough for us, and on the day we purchased our items and was served by Austin, who was very attentive and listened to what we were asking, he served us well and was extremely polite, we will certainly be visiting the store again, in fact we are going back today to look for some pillows, would highly recommend to friends and family, the service was second to none, well done Dreams, you have a fantastic team in the Truro store. and they certainly deserve the credit for fantastic staff training! both my husband and I work in the public sector and feel that in lots of places that staff training fails alot of stores, but you have it cracked!! well done.

We were given all the time and advice we needed from the very friendly and knowledgable salesman. We were given pillows matching the density we have at home (two different) took our time to lie down and test the mattresses we were interested in. We especially liked the advice about the guarantee and free mattress protector.

Our first impression was that the Store was neatly and sensibly laid out and soon found what we were looking for with the kind assistance of SAM who explained all aspects of our purchase ...SAM's colleague offered us a hot drink whilst we looked around the store . The whole buying experience was absolutely delightful with no high pressure sales techniques and freely discussed genuine, in depth knowledge of the products from your Sales staff. We were very happy to make a purchase and felt tht of all the establishments we had visited in pusuance of a reasonably priced double mattress.......... that YOURS was in this instance the best for us. we will certainly recommend Dreams to friends and will visit again as and when we purchase again ....A E Soady...with sincere thanks to SAM and Austen

THE ASSISTANT WAS VERY HELPFUL AND GOOD AT EXPLAINING BOTH THE PRODUCTS AND THE FOLLOW UP SERVICE. THERE WAS A GOOD VARIETY IN STORE TO BE ABLE TO MAKE A DECISION AS TO WHICH BED FRAME AND MATTRESS WAS MOST SUITED TO OUR NEEDS.

This shop is near my home. I have used it before and am always happy with my experience.
