Dreams - Truro

It was easy enough to deal with Dreams. The staff were most helpful. The time it took to fill in all the delivery details seemed a protracted, and apart from that everything was fine.

We were greeted by a very helpful member of staff, Samuel, who directed us to the mattresses, provided us with pillows to help us experience the comfort of the mattresses and gave us ample time to make a choice but was readily available to answer questions and to take our order.

I was Highly satisfied with the experience of the staff and service I received as soon as I walked in the store. I explained what I was looking for and I was shown and tried the mattress I wanted. After trying 3/4 mattresses I found the most suitable for me. I would certainly recommend Dreams to anybody looking for bedding. Thank you.

I was acknowledged as soon as I walked into the store. My needs were taken very seriously and I was taken to try some mattresses that were suitable. What a relief, they felt so much better than my mattress at present. I am extremely satisfied by the service, and I would recommend Dreams to anyone else...

We walked in and tried a few beds we were immediately asked if we wanted help and were offered a tea and were given pillow each to suit our sleep position we told the person what type of bed we wanted and he showed us what we wanted and withing our budget. Very helpful

We already knew what we wanted before going to store, did some research online. The lady who came to our assistance was friendly and helpful. We bought a bed but also wanted a mattress, she explained the different types f mattresses, knew the products really well.

The lady was very helpful and patience with us. She offered us refreshment on several occasions. She was knowledgeable with the beds and the best mattress for our sons use. This making our decision a lot easier. Well done chloe for your professional advice.

Chloe, the Sales Assistant was extremely professional; she was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and not at all pushy, such an asset to the Dreams team at such a young age. She was able to spend quality time with us. Our 5 year old daughter loved her and talked about her all the way back to Devon. We made a special trip down to the Truro store as the Exeter and Barnstaple stores do not stock children’s beds and we wanted to check the quality and suitability before purchasing. I spoke with the other Sales Assistant the previous day who was able to give me the names of the beds that we were able to view.

Chloe understood our requirements and explained the different bed and mattress types which made the choice so much easier.
