Dreams - Truro

Chloe at the Truro store was very helpful. We never once felt pressured into making a decision and left the store feeling satisfied knowing everything we needed to know was answered which made our purchase less of a stress. She was very thorough going through all the details of the purchase and delivery etc and would definitely recommend Chloe and this store.

Austin was very very helpful he stayed extra hour and a half after finished his sift just for me and my wife to make sure we take the right mesurments and we are happy with our order.Thank you

Geoff provided helpful advice and we were offered coffee whilst completing the paperwork. Geoff made us feel valued and confident that we were making the right purchase for our needs.

My husband and I were highly satisfied with the whole service we were given, the salesman was pleasent friendly and his sense of humour was brilliant, we did not have intention of buying a bed because we were going to shop around, but Sam gave us all the information we required and he had more flannel than Marks and Spencers

Nothing was too much trouble..even though I had arrived at store 15 mins before it closed.

Good service and knowledge

The salesperson (Chloe) seemed knowledgeable and friendly. She answered all our questions and gave advice but didnt do any pushy selling. The store was easy to navigate around and she helped us find the type of product we were looking for.

Both Chloe and Sam from the Truro branch were extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding the products and what my needs were. They asked if I needed help as soon as I entered the store and ran through all types of variations of beds and mattresses. Even offered me a hot drink whilst running through the products. This was my first visit to a dreams store and was pleasantly surprised of the range of beds and mattresses on display to try out (even though I knew what bed I was going to order). Overall great experience and a big thanks to Chloe and Sam...... however, sam needs to brush up on his 'bad' jokes as they are really bad haha
