The gentleman who went through our options was extremely helpful and polite. The price of the product was also very competitive. Overall a great shopping experience, and somewhere we would happily purchase from again in the future.

We were able take our time selecting our purchase with Samuel on hand to give all information we required. We were offered a most welcome coffee. A most pleasant young man very knowledgable about all products within the store. I look forward to visiting the store to purchase some new bedroom furniture in the near future.

Chloe our sales assistant was very helpful and quick to answer specific questions about both mattresses and beds. We received cups of tea and the 10% discount which added to our satisfaction. This is the second bed we have purchased from Dreams and continue to be very happy with the sales help. We have not yet received the bed and mattress but Dreams was very accommodating with the delivery date.

Served by Geoff in the Truro store, excellent manner. I do not like heavy sales pitch, he was courteous, knowledgeable and discreet, leaving my son and I to wander at leisure for nearly 2 hours trying beds and mattresses as this was an important decision. He was not intrusive at all but discreetly in the background ready to answer my numerous questions. He even allowed us to go through the online site using the large screen in his store so that we were able to choose exactly the bed we needed
