The staff were very informative and helpful without being pushy.

Austin, who served us, was friendly and very knowledgeable. We at no point felt pressured towards any product in particular, but he listened to our requirements and helped us to find not only the correct mattress for us, but the correct pillows which have made an amazing difference. All the staff were friendly and approachable and we were very pleased with the 0% finance available and the good deal on a clearance mattress that Austin was able to do for us. I would not hesitate to recommend the Dreams store in Truro to anyone; in fact I have already recommended that my parents go there as the staff and the showroom itself are far better than at Bensons for Beds which is virtually next door. In future, Dreams will be our first and probably only port of call for all bed related purchases.

The sales assistant was pleasant and helpful and was willing to show me and suggested I try anything I asked for ,when I decided what I wanted I was offered tea while I waited for my order to be completed. A delivery date was arranged and was told I would get a phone call/text message when my order would be delivered, I have had a text message saying I will be contacted the morning of delivery with a 2hour window.

I came in with a time, cost and type problem. Immediate delivery please of best quality a d I can afford it. Sorted. The assistant understood what I wanted. I did not. He found solutions. His attitude was helpful throughout. The item has not come yet but I know it will. Bottom line, after trying several other outlets,not one of which met any need, or kept stock, Dreams did business. I grew up with family in big businews. It is heartening to find the ethic and drive of our manufacturing heritage still alive! My thanks. I wish you well. I

We had already purchased a mattress for my mother in law previously and was very delighted with the product so returned when it was our turn to purchase a mattress for our selves

the assistant was very helpful and took us through all the ifo we needed about the bed and T&Cs
