The sales assistant gave us a range of mattresses to look at giving us plenty of time to choose and make comparisons. He talked about the differences in the mattress and made sure we were happy before our purchase. He wasn't pushy in trying to get a sale.

I was at the truro store and saw a member of staff start to approach very quickly - this puts me off. Sam, store assistant - he was not the eager person who nearly jumped on us. Sam was knowledgeable, none pressurising, attentive and kept checking back with us to answer our probably simple questions. He did so and was not intrusive and i felt he was attuned. When we had the knowledge and had made a decision i was disappointed to see sam with another customer as he genuinely earnt our sale, i hope that if it works on a commission basis that sam gets the sale

My wife and I needed a specialist service as our requirements were different and found exactly what we needed.

We first visited to get an idea of what we wanted and needed, we had our two young children with us who were a little excited at seeing so many beds and were a bit of a nuisance in wanting to climb up on the beds we were trying or hiding behind them. The shop assistant was really helpful in what could have been a very stressful situation. We got a couple of quotes and went away to think about it. We popped into another competitors bed shop on the way home and even though our children had calmed down and weren't so excited by this shop we felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome in the other shop, we therefore after having a think about what we really wanted, returned to dreams (the Truro branch) and purchased the bed we originally liked. Part of our decision was based on the amazing service we received in the store and we would highly recommend people visit the store.

Sam was the epitome of good customer service. Friendly, not pushy, knowledgeable, available, informative and made us feel special.
