Dreams - Truro

Sam who greeted us was really lovely he asked us what our initial reasons where for coming to the store so i explained it was mainly for a mattress but if i find a suitable frame i may get a frame too. He was completely understanding of my needs and explained everything about all the different tyoes of mattress. Offered us different pillows to lye on the mattresses with so it was like being in our own bed which was a really nice personal touch. He also wasnt patranising or forceful, instead really helpful and made me and my partner feel at ease. He didnt push us to the most expensive bed and mattress instead really listened to my needs and went through everything that suited it. When it came to making the decision again there was no rush and went through different options payment and savings wise. I felt a bit bad as the store shut at half four and we where there untill 4.45 but at no point did he rush us or make us feel bad for keeping him on later than he should have probably been working. I honestly felt like i knew him as a friend by the end of it i would deffinatly want him to serve me and any of my friends and family if they ever go to the store.

Austin loves what he does and it comes through in his meticulous approach to the task of efficiently finding the best suitable product sought for in a friendly and professional environment. He is very knowledgeable about the beds, and the 5th mattress was the last option matching my criteria that he skillfully had narrowed down the range to, and of course it was the perfect one. Thank you! :)

Sam was very informative, knew his product and had a sense of humour. He did not crowd us whilst trying out beds and was very willing to note a brochure with the various prices of the ones we were interested in. We arrived quite tired and he offered us beverages which was great too.

I felt the Truro store are very professional, they ask if you need help, but then leave you alone to look around. Only when I wanted advise they are there to answer my questions.

Immediate contact with member of staff within seconds of entering shop. Colour coding for beds explained, a hot drink offered, and staff member then informed us to contact him if we needed any further help. We were then given a bit of space and didn't feel pressurized in any way. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff member.

Samuel served us on Friday 21st. He was polite, courteous, very helpful and knowledgeable. He took on board that we had a tight budget and did everything he could to point us in the right direction, to find a mattress that would suit us both. We are very much looking forward to trying our purchase tonight. Please pass on our thanks to Sam, the perfect salesman. Not too pushy and able to guide and direct people to what they need.

The staff were great. Had a nice cup of tea and not pressured at all. He was helpful but not pushy at all. We were there some time trying out various beds and at no time were we rushed into making a decision. Truro branch highly recommended.
