We were impressed with the fact that we were left to browse for a few minutes before anyone came over to us, when Sam approached us he was friendly, professional and very helpful.

The two colleagues who looked after us on our two visits to the Truro store (Lucy and Austin) could not have been more helpful. They both had excellent product knowledge and made both the visits and the resultant purchase a pleasing experience.

I found as soon as we entered the store, the store manager was very attentive and knowledgeable and helpful, nothing was too much trouble

Quick service and the mattress was in stock ready to take away that day. It was ex display but in new condition and the assistant arranged a great deal with £25 off and free pillows.

Went to shop just to view the beds and ended up buying one and all in about 15 minutes ! Excellent service all round and good customer service .he even asked what type of pillow I would prefer !
