Austin - was very attentive, polite and clear with this product knowledge. This is the best store of polite, friendly and knowledgeable employees I have ever encountered in all my 44 years of buying products in every/any store.

The two Assistants, Austen and Lucy in the Truro store, were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They conveyed their expertise in a clear and concise manner which made decision making very easy. They are very good representatives of your Company and I will return for future purchases. It was a fun, pleasant experience spending money which I usually resent! I felt I had made a good purchase.

The assistant Alan was very knowledgeable and gave us just the right amount of space.

Your employee 'Lucy' helped us with advice after listening to our reasons for being in the store. She gave us a range of alternatives, but was never exerting pressure on us. Her knowledge of the products was impressive. She provided a full breakdown of costs associated with two particular products we liked, and we left the store to consider and make comparisons. We returned two days later and Lucy again helped us come to a final decision. She is a credit to your company and is a shining example of how to deal with customers in a friendly, professional manner. If I still had my own company I would have been tempted to try and persuade her to work for me, I was that impressed by her style.

Excellent customer services large choice of beds available to view and a very knowledgable sales person who was very respectful, not at all pushey and allowed plenty of time for us to make a decision.
