Assistant knew his stuff and was very helpful without being pushy.

We were given time to browse, test and test again, until we got it down to two, this from a very wide selection, took quite a time. At no time did we feel we should hurry or make a decision, until we were ready. Staff very helpful and friendly.

We were served by Austin who was very knowledgable and helpful and went the extra mile to fulfil our requirements

The staff were very helpful and catered to our needs. They were full of knowledge on which bed would suit us best. They understood that it was something you couldn't rush into and had the patience to explain ways of spreading the cost and which way would work for us the best. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Lucy gave me first class service, she showed me a number of mattresses which I tried. All my questions were expertly answered, nothing seemed to much trouble for her. I feel Lucy helped me make the right choice in choosing my mattress and pillow. Lucy informed me of special offers. All this done with friendliness and curtesy I could not have asked for anything more.

Just found that Austin was very patient listening to our individual needs and helping us choose the right mattress.

I made 2 visits to the store, the 1st time to have a look and the second to make a purchase. Both times the staff were friendly, offered assistance, but didn't harass me whilst I was looking. Each time I was offered refreshments, and everything was explained to me in plain English.
