Sam was all I could wish for in a sales assistant,friendly very knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy...I really liked him

We were given lots of time to try out all the beds and Austin gave us information as we required it. The store was clean and tidy, and quiet.

Staff member Lucy, was friendly and knowledable about the products, I was uncertain about what I wanted in a mattress and she talked me through the different options and showed me examples to try.

The store person Lucy was great giving us the best possible choice and indeed the correct choice so that we were in happy in what we chose and continue placing the order. Very professional.

The assistants were very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with us, not making us feel rushed at all even though we kept Sam there after closing!! Both visits we were offered tea, coffee and hot chocolate, the coffee and hot chocolate were really lovely. We spoke with three members of staff, Sam, Austin and Alan, all were extremely friendly. We have already recommended them to friends and family.
