Dreams - Truro

After an initial disastrous DELAYED Christmas delivery whereby the Customer Services Manager was extremely rude, never listened and interrupted me all the time put us off ever buying from Dreams again, albeit the service in the retail shop was First Class. Thankfully a Senior Manager in C/S was AMAZING, lovely, polite, calm and most importantly allowed me to speak with no interruption. We have now placed a further order with Dreams as the Manager in the retail shop is absolutely first class, as is his team - they are all lovely and friendly, and not one sales person smelling of smoke...which we found in other retail shops. very good service from the sales assistant Sam, showed me several mattresses in my price range, explained differences etc, very friendly and fun, made it an enjoyable experience.

The salesman Austin was extremely helpful and knowedgeable about the products. He welcomed us from the outset, no sales pressure, hospitality offered and plenty of time given. We were able to test a variety of beds for our needs, were given useful suggestions and even offered alternative pillows when bed testing. The pricing of our purchases was presented in a very clear statement. An overall pleasant shopping experience. Thank you.

We were really well attended to by your advisor, Austin, in your Truro store. We were given great product information and for things he was unsure of (not much), he double checked. The no pressure really was a breath of fresh air. We look forward to our new beds arrival.

We have used Dreams to purchase our beds for several years now and have been lucky enough to have Lucy at the Truro branch helping us. She is very friendly and helpful, takes time to listen to our needs and advises us accordingly. Her product knowledge is excellent and nothing is too much trouble.

We were left to browse but as soon as we needed advice your staff were more than happy to assist. He then gave us time on our own to discuss the purchase and returned with two cups of tea and to see if we were happy and answered some more questions. It was a very pleasant shopping experience thanks to your staff. The sofa bed was the sort of thing we were looking for and at the right price and hope now it performs as we expect. Free delivery was also important in maintaining a good price. We had overlooked your store only realising you were there when visiting an adjacent store.
