Dreams - Truro

A nice store which was clean, tidy, and well laid out. Staff were friendly, welcoming and very knowledgable.

we needed a mattress quickly to take away and you were friendly and helpful on the phone and then the next morning very speedily assisted us into buying a discounted ( returned item) mattress which was within the specifications wanted - namely , orthopaedic and a good depth and firmness as well as within price. as a holiday letting owner this was brilliant to be able to get what we needed so quickly and now we know you have a supply of readily available mattresses we will be coming here as often as we need to. we have already recommended yo to others. we are talking specifically the Truro store.

Spoke to member of staff on the phone that am before making the trip to Truro, was worth and then the drive, I was lucky enough to see Geoff at the store having spoken with him on the phone. He welcoming and immediately remembered what my call, was thenshown the item and how it worked.

We were served by Alan who was delightful. He was not only courteous but helpful in running us through the product, delivery service and the credit arrangements. We shall certainly be going back to Dreams at Truro after we have moved into our new home. Many thanks, particularly Alan.

Every question we asked the dream colleague (Austin) knew the answer, he let us take our time and never pushed us to make a decision. Very professional and friendly through out our visit.

The store colleague whom we dealt with was Lucy and she was very professional, none pushy and gave us all the info we needed in a very friendly manor, this is what made us purchase a bed and she was the only person with whom I would deal with.

The assistant directed us to the right bed and was very helpful and pleasant.

Very helpful and informative member of staff. Offered us all drinks, including our two young children.

We were assisted by Lucy, who was a fabulous, friendly, first class sales person. We were given space and time to try beds out but when ever we required assistance up she popped to give assistance (and hot chocolate !) We were very impressed and happy with the whole sales process.
