The assistant was very welcoming, very knowledgable and listened to our needs

We were greeted warmly by Daniella at the Truro store, she was very friendly and knowledgable about the bed we wanted to purchase, she ensured that covid19 rules were adhered to but in a friendly and nice way, she also provided pillows with paper between our head and the pillows and asked us to dispose of the paper on our way out. Highly impressed with our experience at Dreams.

I was highly satisfied with the service at Dreams because the assistance was very knowledgeable. He help us select the best mattress for a spare bedroom. He was also very helpful in the bed we selected. We was very surprised to order on Tuesday and be offered delivery by Saturday. We would highly recommend Dreams.

We were highly satisfied our Dreams experience because Geoffrey was very patient with my elderly parents. He showed them three mattresses to try and did not pressure them. When they had made their decision he talked them through the payment process and was patient even though there were four of us talking. They were very happy with the experience.

Good information offered from very pleasant staff member Kioni, lots of choice and sample beds available to try out and inspect, we came back for a second look after comparing beds from another supplier, Dreams was good value for money.

I was given the choice of mattresses in my price range, given a written quote and returned the next day to complete the purchase. Very friendly and knowledgable assistant. All very smoothly carried out.

Excellent service but didn’t feel pressured to buy. Geoff explained the process well and clear gave us chooses, he explained the product well, no rush no pressure very professional. The store had all the right restrictions in place but you still felt you could try things.
