Dreams - Truro

The store manager was so helpful, he was patient and very understanding. He helped us find the mattress we liked but in a price range that suited us. He was so understanding with the fact we couldn't afford a deposit as we had only gone in on the way home to see what mattress we liked.

The assistant was very helpful in aiding us to choose the right bed/mattress combination for us! His knowledge was very impressive!

Dreams was the first store we visited and have never done so before. We expected to shop around. However, the chap we dealt with, Sam, was excellent and guided us well so we felt confident in our decision making and final choice. Sam is a credit to your company and was a real pleasure to deal with.

On entering the store Alan came to assist us, he was very pleasant & knowlege was very good. It took a while for use to choose our new bed but he was very patient with us as we tried many bed over & over again. Also he made a lovely cup of coffee!

Very friendly staff listened to what we where after and help when asked for it shame the bed we were interested in was not available to see at store but staff helped to try and show colour of bed and standard of bed

I went to your Truro branch and was assisted by Austin, who was polite, knowledgeable and friendly. He made his presence known but then also left me to get on with looking. He came back to offer me a hot drink and asked me some questions so he could advise me and direct me efficiently. All in all he was fabulous. In comparison, I also went to Benson for Beds to see what their range was like and to look at comparable products for prices and the staff there were pre-occupied, slightly rude and not very personable at all! A completely different experience to dealing with Austin at Dreams. That was a big factor in me going back to your store to make a purchase as the service was brilliant.

The atmosphere on entering the store was great. All staff gave a friendly welcome without being overbearing. The pitch was perfect from Lucy with when to a approach us for assistance. She was friendly, professional and gave us her full attention. Her product knowledge was excellent and guided us to how to pick the right bed for us, and it was never a 'sales' pitch. We would have walked out and gone somewhere else, which was our reaction when we visited another bed store. I would definitely recommend your Truro store for all these reasons. The offer of coffee was also very nice. It's quite daunting when buying a bed and we were confident and relaxed with Lucy. Thankyou can't wait for our delivery now. 😊

After looking on line at different retailers, I decided that Dreams, not only had exactly what I was looking for but, the price was good too. Went to the store so that I could look at the items and also try the mattress. I found the staff very friendly and was helped by Sam who was happy to take time to talk me through everything (although you need to work on your jokes Sam!!!)
