We were initially unsure quite what we wanted in the way of a mattress, your colleague was able to guide us to the product we eventually purchased.

The sales assistant, Austin, was on the ball and answered all my questions without hesitation. He was very polite, offered be tea or coffee and was concerned for my comfort as I am an invalid.

The assistant Alan,was so pleasant and friendly ,it was a pleasure to be in the store.

Sam was really helpful. Made it a special shopping trip we both enjoyed trying out the beds we were given a cup of tea which was a nice touch.

Very good customer service, staff member curtious, polite. We received some very useful product information explaining the differences in how the mattresses are constructed and how this effects it's performance. We were offered a hot drink and once we had discussed our needs and shown the options in store, the staff member did not hassle us so we could discuss and decide without someone looking over our shoulder. Once our decision was made the process of ordering was very quick and efficient and with all the various options explained profieciently. All in all from start to finish the in store experience was absolutely top rated.
