Exceptional patience and friendliness

Sam was very helpful, he explained the colour coding for the different types of mattress and helped us to order the one we chose. The fact that the store had a toilet was also very helpful as I'm pregnant!

Alan at the Truro branch was very helpful, friendly and did not rush us into purchasing a product allowing us to make the right decision. Sam at Truro was equally as friendly, offering us a drink and making us feel welcome.

The assistant was cheerful and very helpful the whole time and I enjoyed the banter between her and the other members of staff.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the different mattresses available.

Great service, the sales college, Lucy, was amazing and helpful. She made us a cup of tea and was very knowledgeable. Most the experience very enjoyable.

We were greeted by Sam and Lucy who between them looked after my wife and I extremely well. Many thanks for the coffee and tea😀 I was very impressed by the way Sam got our order sorted so we could get our bed delivered before our guests arrived ! Very impressed with the both of them.
