Staff greeted me as I entered, gave me time to look around before they came to help me so I didn't feel pressured into buying anything, made me feel relaxed and I feel that's how it should be from shops, give customers time before going over

Your salesman Austin couldn't be more helpful, and equally if help was needed the Store Manager was also 1st class. All in all a pleasant experience, can't comment on the actual goods until they arrive but I am confident all will be satisfactory. Should that not be the case maybe a friendly word would help
