Sales Assistant (Austin @ Truro Store) was welcoming and walked me through every step of choosing a mattress. Offered refreshments (twice!) and listened to all my opinions, which led to me picking the best mattress possible. He also gave me time alone to deliberate and didn't rush me towards the sale. He was very understanding during the order process, and made sure I understood all the paperwork before I paid.

My partner and I were greeted by a very attentive member of staff who certainly knew his mattresses. Austin spent a lot of time with us going over the various choices we had and the offers that were on at the time. We went home to think about our options and returned 2 days later to make a decision. Austin was able to give us a good deal on our choice. He even offered to personally drop off the pillows that we had also ordered to our house when they came into the shop to save us having to drive back in to Truro. The service and shopping experience was excellent. We even had a cup of tea.
