Highly satisfied because we were invited to test the products to make sure we made the right decision before purchasing, the sales assistant was very helpful.

Dreams in truro was great. We visited twice, the first time we went at seen Geoff the store manager and he guided us to two types of bed. Wrote down all the prices of different combinations of beds we were asking about and gave prices for us to go away and work out what was best. We then visited the store a week later and the female store worker (not sure of name) came over to see if we needed a have and remembered we were in the week before and that Geoff served us but Geoff was with another customer so we asked her a few questions and she could answer everything. She described how the different springs work and different mattresses work. She was brilliant. When Geoff was free we seen him again abs went on to buy a bed. The store was great. Had loads of time to ask what we wanted, and they were all great with our kids and we would definitely use them again next our bed needs changing

Assistant available straight away. Knowledgeable, helpful without being too pushy. Price matched the item after I stated I could get it cheaper online at land of beds.

All staff were very friendly an helpful especially Austin who delt with helping us to choose the correct bed to suit my husband an myself there was no pressure to buy an gave us plenty of time to decide an even made us a lovley cup of coffee thank you very much we will recommend your shop.

The main reason is that we were not pounced on as soon as got in the door. We were allowed to browse in peace and when ready, we were given excellent attention and service.

Very efficient and friendly service. It's always difficult shopping with two young children but staff at Dreams were very relaxed and helpful when we were trying to choose beds for the children.
